Work can be undertaken on either a day-rate or a per-project basis.

Rates as at January 2012 are:

Spreadsheet engineering and development	£450 / day
Document escrow	From £5 / document / month*

* = minimum 6 month term applies

All services include full testing, release notes and user documentation.

No hidden extras
Addtional approval for client expenditure may sometimes be necessary, e.g.
- to travel on the client's behalf
- to purchase/install specific items of software or hardware
- arranging for remote connection to the client's network (i.e. to facilitate home-working/environment testing).
